The Exponential Changemakers (ECM) 2025 program focuses on optimizing the industrial value chain through end-to-end technological solutions. In a dynamic environment, organizations face critical gaps between market demand and response capacity, driven by a lack of visibility in sales workflows, logistical complexity, and complex operational variables such as inventory management or quality control in raw materials. Through this edition, Progreso X collaborates with disruptive startups to accelerate the sector's transformation across two strategic pillars. The Intelligent Commercial Management pillar is oriented toward optimizing customer interaction tracking, streamlining sales and order workflows, and ensuring full logistical traceability. Concurrently, the Operational Management pillar focuses on process monitoring, smart supply systems, production-demand alignment, and the analytical control of moisture in raw materials.
